Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use Vivra to upload photos, choose templates, generate AI results, buy credits, or manage subscriptions.

Use Vivra responsibly.

Upload content you have the right to use. Do not use Vivra to harm, impersonate, harass, or deceive anyone.

Acceptance

By using Vivra, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Your account

Vivra may create an anonymous account identifier so your credits, creations, favorites, and purchase status can work. You are responsible for activity on your device and account.

Your photos and uploads

You keep your rights to photos and other content you upload. You grant Vivra the permission needed to upload, process, transform, store, display, and deliver your requested creations. Only upload content you own or have permission to use.

Generated results

AI results may be imperfect, unexpected, or similar to outputs generated for other users. You are responsible for how you use, save, or share generated results. Do not represent AI-generated content as real events when that would mislead people.

Credits, subscriptions, and purchases

  • Some templates require credits. Credits are deducted by our server when generation starts.
  • If a generation fails in our server flow, Vivra may automatically refund the deducted credits.
  • Subscriptions and purchases are handled through Apple and RevenueCat. Apple’s terms and refund rules apply to App Store purchases.
  • Prices, credit amounts, template costs, and subscription benefits may change, but active purchases will be handled as required by Apple’s policies and applicable law.

Rules for using Vivra

  • Do not upload content that violates someone else’s rights or privacy.
  • Do not create sexual, exploitative, hateful, harassing, violent, fraudulent, or illegal content.
  • Do not impersonate a person, create deceptive content, or use Vivra to mislead others.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, overload, scrape, or bypass Vivra’s systems, payment flow, or credit ledger.

Availability and changes

Vivra may change templates, features, pricing, providers, or availability. We may suspend access if we believe there is abuse, legal risk, payment fraud, or a security issue. Vivra is provided as available, without guarantees that every generation will complete or meet expectations.

Limitations

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vivra and 4monkeys are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the app.
